Terms of Service

Please read this entire document before requesting a commission. Any questions can be directed via DM or email. Commissions can be made via any of my socials, ko-fi. Updates with commission queue, changes to commissions or updates will be made via my socials and telegram channels. A password will be requested during the commission process, this password is hidden in this document. By providing the correct password you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Need to know terms:

WIP: Work in progress. This is any progress picture provided by me. These will be provided at various integers during the commission process.

T.O.S: Terms of service.

Blacklist/blacklisting: A person who is blacklisted is banned from all commissions. This status will not be removed.

Client: You the commissioner.

Disclaimers:

~Commissions are not available to those under 18+ this includes SFW pieces.

~All finished commission pieces will come with two watermarks, these cannot be removed at any point.

~ I do not guarantee a set standard for any commission. The agreement of commission(s) is up to the client's discretion based on my prior work.

~I do not guarantee any set time frame for any commission.

~ I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason, this includes client behaviour or if I am uncomfortable working with your design. I also reserve the right to blacklist anyone for any reason.

~ I do not guarantee any amount of WIPS or progress pictures.

~ Upon completion of the flat colours I will complete the commission at my own pace at which point WIPs may not be provided until the final artwork.

~ All T.O.S must be read through before the agreement of commissions. Any questions in regards to commissions and T.O.S can be asked via DM or email.

T.O.S Introduction and Agreements:

~Failure to comply with T.O.S will result in a cancellation of the commission with no refund and possible blacklisting from further commissions.

~Failure to provide the “password” during the commission process will result in a denial of all commissions.

~Some conditions such as payment and time frames can be discussed and adjusted to specific needs upon request, however, all adjustments are up to my discretion. Fees may incur.

~It is the responsibility of the client to keep themselves updated on their status in the queue and other updates concerning commissions.

~Variations in commission prices (e.g. backgrounds and complexity fees) will be discussed during the commission process and are up to my discretion.

~Any inappropriate behaviour (inappropriate remarks, bigotry or other unacceptable behaviours) will result in a cancellation of the commission and possible blacklist.

~ NSFW Commissions require photo ID. Failure to provide a valid ID will result in a denial of all commissions including SFW.

~ID is not required for SFW pieces but if it is found that you are not of age at any point the commission will be cancelled with no refund and the client will be blacklisted, this blacklist may be removed when they are of age.

~Designs submitted for commissions must belong to the client, unless for a gift at which point this must be specified. If permission is not provided, or it is later discovered a design did not belong to you or a friend blacklist will incur.

~Commissions for first-time refs must have a detailed description of the character. If too complex or non-understandable the commission will be denied. I suggest providing a coloured base or previous artwork of the said character.

~All commissions barring refs require a reference (this may be a reference sheet or prior art) during the commission progress. I will not create art based on description only.

~Commissions may not be used for commercial use.

Commission Waitlists, Queue and commission slots:

~Commissions are subject to wait times based on waitlists and queue times.

~Commissions will be placed in a queue dependent on when the client requested the commission.

~Select amounts of commission slots will be open at any given time, once these slots are filled it is up to my discretion to place possible clients on a waitlist.

~Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee a commission and a client may be removed from the waitlist at my discretion.

Timeframes and Commission updates:

~Refunds will not be provided after the commencement of the linework unless I am unable to complete the commission.

~Requested changes (excluding colour adjustments) must be made before the linework, any requests after this point will be denied.

~Timeframes average 3/4 weeks for a full turnaround but are subject to change. If a piece is required within a set time frame this must be discussed before the commencement of the commission. Fees may incur.

~WIPs will be provided at regular integers during the sketching, lining and colouring stages.

WIPs and Final Product:

~All images (including. WIPs and the completed commission) will be provided with watermarks that cannot be removed. Removal of any watermark at any stage will result in cancellation and a blacklist.

~Completed works may be posted so long as full credit is provided. WIPS are not to be shared unless given explicit permission.

~WIPs and completed works will be shared to my socials at my discretion.

~The password is banana.

~The final product will be given as a PNG for digital commissions.

Payments and Refunds:

~Payments will be made in AUD, it is not my responsibility to ensure that payments are made in the correct currency.

~Payments must be made through Paypal or Ko-fi.

~Paypal clients must provide an email for invoicing.

~Refunds will only be provided if I am unable to complete the commission or if cancelled by the commissioner before the completion of the linework.

~Full payment must be made upon agreement of the final sketch. A one-week grace period will be given with payments, failure to pay within this week will result in the termination of your commission and possible blacklist.

~Any chargeback for any reason if not discussed will result in a blacklist.

~Patrons who qualify for discounts must provide proof of patronage before payment so that the appropriate discounts can be applied.

~Payments are not to be made until the price and sketch are agreed upon.

~My prices are non-negotiable.

Client Rights:

~Clients can cancel commissions at any point, however, refunds will be up to my discretion.

~Commissioners can request WIPs at any time

~Clients can request to be moved up in the queue based on time constraints, however, this is not guaranteed.

~Clients can request a high-res PNG to be emailed to an email of choice.

~Clients can print completed artwork and use it at their discretion. This includes being able to print and use digital badges or print full illustrations for personal posters.

~Clients can request example artwork before the commencement of a commission.

~Clients can provide examples of what they want in a commission, this includes images for poses, outfits and props. This is highly recommended for those who are interested in specific commissions.
